Whats a good Wide Angle or fisheye lens for shooting bands?
I am looking to spend 500 or less on a decent ultra wide angle lens, preferably a fisheye though.
I have a Nikon D80, i am not looking to buy a Nikon lens because i am strapped for cash right now, so maybe a Sigma or Tokina or even a Tamron? Any suggestions? I shoot alot of concerts where there are dark venues.
You will want a lens with a low f stop. 2.8 or lower and a tokina makes one that is a 10 -32mm or right around there. that is great and it sort of has the fisheye on the sides because the lens is so wide. The other option is to buy a screw on fisheye they are like 20 dollars and use the same kind of effect. Good luck!
